By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please know they may be subject to change

You must be 18 years or older to commission meIf you'd like a work in progress, please know you can also head over to TrelloA digital reference is needed, please make sure it is clear for me to see and that I can get your characters colors, markings, and itemsIf you'd like, please make sure to add a pose and expression on your commission formI have the right to refuse or cancel at any time, please go to Payment & Refunds if there is any cancellation

Copyright & Usage

It must be your character (exception: fanart of popular characters)Please know that only the commissioner and I can use the artworkYou must properly credit my artwork when you are re-uploading, such as either the title or the descriptionYou are allowed to edit something on the imageYou are not allowed to claim the artwork as your ownIf the commission is for commercial profit, please message me about it first.You may commission me to finish or continue an art piece

Commission Process

I will try my very best in finishing your commission and I ask that you please be patient with meCompleting your commission will take about a week to two months (60 days)Updates can be sent through email or through your social media accountIf there is an issue with how long the commission is taking please message me privatelyIf you need the commission to be done on a certain date please notify me as soon as possible

Payment

I accept paypal and USDPayment is accepted upfront and if the commission is over a hundred dollars I can accept payment plansOnce I send the invoice the commission will begin once payment is sent within 24 hoursThe commissioner and I are allowed to cancel the commission anytime. If the commissioner plans to do a chargeback please explain or provide screenshots of negligenceIf I am the one who said I am not able to do the commission you either get a percentage back or a full refundIf you want to cancel a commission and I haven't started yet, you will get a full refundIf I do start on a commission please know you will receive a percentage of the price back, just know I may reuse the sketch or line art for personal use or other commissions

Ordering

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.Parent/ guardians are welcomed to contact me directly for more information. You must fill out the parent permission form and all payment must be done through the parent/ guardians.The parent permission form will have an area to insert a photo of your ID, information such as name and birthdate can be blocked out if you wish. The ID will be viewed and deleted. The twitter/instagram handle of the commissioner you are filling this form for, and a typed full name signature.Please know that all orders are handmade. This means the item may contain flaws or inconsistences. However, please know I will try my best to ensure the level of quality meets or exceeds your expectation.Once your commission is accepted along with the down payment, work on the project will begin.

Allergy Warning

All items are made at home, please know I have dogs and even though they are not in direct contact with my materials, fur can travel since it can stick to clothing.I will do my test with vacuuming before shipping the itme off.

Privacy Policy & Work in Progress

Customers’ personal information such as payment details, names and addresses will remain strictly secret.You may ask for a work in progress any time, such as images and videos. Repairs & Warranty

I am responsible for any handmade work problems the item may arrive with. Such as popped seams, holes, or any other issue. Repairs are free of charge, send the item back and I will work on it as soon as possible.Shipping must be covered by the customer. (Only valid for one year based on the time of when I shipped the item.)If you'd like to fix the item yourself and not have it shipped, I am able to directly message you and explain as best as I can.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyer is responsible for most sizing. Some items I rely on measurements provided by the customer.If the buyer has an issue that is sizing related, please let me know, I am able to offer tips. It is possible to have repairs, but please know repairs will not be free.Buyer is understands that some items may be uncomfortable and difficult to wear.

Colors and Approvals

Please know that I do not have every color involved with minky, fleece, and fur. If I do not have the requested colors, I will try my best to match it, or suggest a slight change on the design so all the colors can be purchased.Any existing fursuit images examples are highly encouraged. Even being suggested materials provided by the customer.

Payment

I accept paypal and squareThere must be a 50% down payment to secure a slot (ONLY for fursuit partials) and so that I may order the materials. You may pay immediately or wait until the materials have arrived.The buyer may wait until their next on the queue to pay in full. I will contact you when I am ready to begin. (Please know you must be ready to pay in full, at any time after I have accepted.)The down payment is non-refundable. If you'd like to make smaller amounts for the down payment, please know the commission will be listed as "pending" on my queue until the down payment is fully paid. (You have 2 months to pay it fully).Once the down payment has been fully paid, it will then go to my "in progress" section. Which is then I may order the materials.The 50% down payment also applies to premade items.I will not ship items until I receive the full amount paid off.

Completion Time & Deadlines

I use Trello as my queue and it's updated in real time.The queue will contain those that have made a partial payment to the down payment, who has paid the down payment in full, materials that are ordered, and those that have paid fully.I do not do finish work based on strict date, I do not rush work.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the price and will be a extra charge.Shipping is available worldwide. The service I use for shipping is called Pirate Ship.I ship with and without insurance, but please know I highly recommend the insurance which may be a extra cost.I'd you'd like to know the shipping price early, let me know!

Refunds

I do not do refunds once the work has been started and/or after materials have been purchased.Please contact me as soon as possible if you are in need of the refund. I'm happy to fix any mistakes that may have been a simple error.Once the item has been completed there are no refunds.

Blacklist/ Harassment Policy

I have the right to refuse or cancel at any time that relate to negative or hostile attitudes. This will lead to permanent blacklisting.If this happens, client will be refunded and will no longer be on the queue. If work has begun the item will be made and shipped off immediately.

Cleaning your fursuit

For light cleaning (items are worn for a short period of time) I found this recipe by Matrices!
Fursuit Spray Recipe

I also recommend using a slicker brush for fursuit parts!

For Deep cleaning which is usually after conventions, going outdoors, or just having the fursuit paws for a long period of time. Please place each item in a pillowcase (make sure its tied), just so it doesn't get tangled up or stretched. I recommend cleaning in a washing machine placed on the coldest setting, delicate with a gentle laundry detergent.

Heres one I've seen people use for laundry detergent

Onced washed air dry or us a fan.( make sure it is completely dry to avoid mold being grown. Gently brush the correct direction.
NEVER use hot water or blow dryers or use the dryer.

If you have any stains, please use a wash cloth and a gentle stain remover such as Folex. It's possible that it may take multiple times to get the stains out.

Please store the paws in a cool dry place, along with no direct sunlight, and hang the items( do not fold them to avoid crease.

You can also use:
Isopropyl alcohol and a small amount of detergent on a washcloth.
